Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order and return any unused item within 14 days of the day you receive it, for any reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return an item

• Email us at returns@offgridelectrics.org within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you are returning. You can also use the model cancellation form on the gov.uk website.
• Send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
• Return address: Off-Grid Essentials, Queens Park Road, Blackburn, BB1 1SE.
• Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than is needed to inspect it.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the return cost.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you providing proof that you sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, single-use items such as hand warmers, and first aid kits that have been opened or had their seal broken, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, email returns@offgridelectrics.org with your order number and a photo of the problem. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
