What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery and billing address when you place an order.
• Details of what you buy from us.
• Payment information, which is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and cookies needed for the shop and basket to work.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order (to perform our contract with you).
• To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping accounting records.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure (our legitimate interests).
• To send you marketing emails, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery companies, and our website host. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting rules. Other information is kept only as long as needed.

Your rights
